Luna’s Lullaby….

“Luna’s Lullaby,” inspired by Miss Diya Tibrewal, invites readers to explore the moon’s multifaceted influence, capturing its serene beauty as it illuminates celestial bodies and the silent dance of stars. The poem reflects on the moon’s impact, from ancient lunar plains to stirring ocean tides, evoking a primal connection to lore. It also highlights the wild aspects of night, featuring owls and wolves, woven into a nocturnal symphony, ultimately showcasing the interconnectedness of nature and time.

A silver coin upon the velvet night,
The moon, serene, in tranquil splendor gleams.
Her borrowed glow, a path of gentle light,
Across the vast, where stardust softly beams.

A million eyes, like diamonds, pierce the black,
A silent choir in cosmic, endless song.
Their ancient dance, a tapestry they track,
A timeless tale to which they all belong.

The Milky Way, a silver, swirling stream,
A celestial river, vast and cold.
It winds between the stars, a phantom dream,
A tapestry of secrets yet untold.

On lunar plains, where craters mark the scars,
Of battles fought in aeons long since passed,
The moon’s soft gaze, like whispered, silver bars,
Unchains the tide, a restless ocean cast.

She pulls the waves, a cosmic, rhythmic hand,
A lullaby that stirs the sleeping deep.
The ocean sighs, a vast and shifting land,
As creatures stir from slumber, secrets keep.

Even in hearts where reason holds its sway,
The moon’s soft touch awakens primal lore.
It stirs the soul in an unguarded way,
A yearning dance on an unseen shore.

The restless owl, with silent, shadowed wings,
Seeks moonlit prey beneath the starry dome.
The wolf’s low howl, a haunting chorus sings,
A primal song that calls the creatures home.

Beneath the moon’s ethereal, silver grace,
A web of life unfolds in cryptic rhyme.
The ocean’s pulse, a mirrored lunar trace,
Reflects the dance of nature and of time.
